Miranda Arreola is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Practice and Women’s Health at Innovation Medical Group in Aztec, NM.
Miranda first attended San Juan College earning her Associate’s Degrees in Liberal Arts and Nursing. She then went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Western Governors University. After working at San Juan Regional Medical Center as a Labor and Delivery Nurse and Lactation Consultant for 5 years, she completed her Master’s Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Western Governors University and became certified through the American Nurse Credentialing Center. She also holds multiple other certifications, which include International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Wound Treatment Associate- Certified, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and Holistic Nurse Baccalaureate- Board Certified.
Miranda has worked in Women’s Health for many years and has a passion for caring for women, helping them reach their health goals no matter what part of life they are in. She offers birth control counselling, pre-pregnancy counseling, preventative women’s health services, lactation care, menopause care, and pessary fittings and care. She sees patients all across the lifespan for Family Practice from infants and children, to adults, to older adults. She has a strong belief in combining holistic methods with modern medicine to achieve her patient’s health goals.
Miranda grew up locally, in Kirtland, and currently lives in Farmington with her husband and two girls. She enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and gardening. She is proud to be able to provide care to the community she grew up in.
